Fashion Solution
The solution allows to implement a single integrated environment for data collection from all available sources, and in any format, in order to feed a centralized, coherent and certified Data Warehouse to support the analysis and reporting processes in the main Wholesale and Retail areas.
Demand Planning
The challenge for this project was to bring to the Demand Planning team a significant added value in the process of planning demand and supply in the medium to long term. A complex process, which requires a continuous search for the balance between sales and supplies, which has become costly due to the long implementation times and susceptible to errors often due to manual management and the tools adopted for its implementation.
MPS & MRP
The Production Planning Team faces numerous challenges in finding the global optimum between sales targets, production constraints, procurement policies and development projects. Collecting data and information from different teams and making so many variables homogeneous and aligned are low value-added and very costly activities. Subsequently, the Master Production Schedule and the Material Requirement Plan undergo many revisions to cope with the changes and modifications that occur in the numerous processes and variables that influence them.
ESG: Sustainability
The ESG (Environmental Sustainability Governance) project developed on the cloud native software Anaplan, had as its main purpose the collection of data for the preparation of the sustainability report. In particular, the sections present within the project were dedicated to: QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
​Forecasting the cost of labor
The creation of a tool for forecasting labor costs was one of the challenges to be faced within a Finance project, entirely implemented on the Cloud native planning platform par excellence, Anaplan.
Closing Project
The Closing project developed on the cloud native software Anaplan had as its main goal the finalization and optimization of the closing process through the integration of Navision accounting records in Anaplan.
Cost Control
The introduction of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software offers significant advantages in terms of planning, monitoring and improving business performance, but it also has another important aspect: it is not reserved only for large companies. An excellent example is one of our clients, an SME that operates in the service sector, which has chosen to invest in a control model to be able to analyze the management income statement in maximum detail by job order, with the aim of having greater supervision of the fixed and variable costs attributable to it.
Demand Planning
The project was developed through a custom Demand Planning model using IBM Cognos Analytics and Planning Analytics, custom-designed to meet the specific needs of our client. The solution is divided into four distinct planning sections, each designed to handle the different changes that can occur in products over time. This modular structure allows for easy updating of discontinued, replaced or customized products.
Unification of Business Analytics
Our client, a manufacturing company, asked us to unify all the analyses of the different business areas under a single tool. To address this challenge, we developed a data warehouse including datamarts dedicated to the different business areas. We then selected Power BI as the main tool for building the analysis models.
